Step 1: First apply mascara to the upper eyelashes. As shown in the figure, pull the upper eyelids up slightly with your fingertips. Try not to rub your eyes. Apply a few more layers and the eyelashes will be thicker and longer.
Step 2: Start drawing the magnetic eyeliner and gently pull the eyelids out of the skin to give the eyeliner a smooth surface. Start from the outer corner of the eye, gently draw toward the middle, and then draw from the inner corner of the eye to the middle. Don't rush to finish painting in one step, but sketch the outline as you would a sketch, and then complement it perfectly.
Step 3: The eyeliner is still wet, and the cotton swab is pulled along the upward direction of the eyeliner to create a cat's eye.
Step 4: Follow the curve drawn by the cotton swab and walk the eyeliner from the outer corner of the eye to make it look more complete.
