First of all, you are our VIP from the first email, or the first phone call or the first WhatsApp message you send to us. We first need to understand your needs, and we hope you can cooperate with us and tell us Detailed product requirements, especially customized products, will lay a solid foundation for us to provide the best solution. Since our current main business is OEM, we will introduce some for customized lashes. 

  1. First, we need to know what you need. You can send us pictures, vedio, etc. If you want to control cost better, please choose customized cards/boxes from our standard ones. Then we will help design the rest.

 2. When customized parts confirmed, we will first send you invoice by PAYPAL, or send our commercial invoice, you can pay by Western Union or by Bank. Then we will start samples preparation.

3. Usually samples will take 5-10 working days arrive. Samples may take 1-2 round to get final confirm. Then the bulk production will start.

4. For bulk order, we can ship by EXPRESS, Train, Truck or Sea. Final soltuion all based on mutual agreement.

Since from you get the final products, our after-sales services start. No matter what kind of problems you met, please give us feedback in time. We promise to solve all. You will have no any worries on any loss.
